Dan focuses his practice on Family Law, Divorce, Criminal Law and DUI. He has practiced law in both New York and Georgia. Prior to practicing law in Atlanta, Dan was a professional firefighter in New York for 24 years. Dan’s broad life experiences help shape his effectiveness as an attorney – working with real people who may be periencing the most traumatic issues of their lives.
Jessica Palumbo
Jessica focuses her practice exclusively on Immigration Law. She directly represents foreign nationals seeking review before the Second, Fourth, Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal and in seeking immigration benefits from the U.S. Since 2009, Jessica has gained crucial experience in refugee resettlement and small firms. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wellesley College and a Juris Doctor from Pace Law School.
